Main floor has a large living room/kitchen area for entertaining. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom. On the lower level there are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. Laundry is located on the lower level. There is a large expansive patio and fully fenced in back yard as well with hot tub. Come warm up this winter!

1. Guest Count: The home will be prepared for the number of guests listed on your reservation. Please notify us in advance of any changes. Additional guests not included in the original reservation may be subject to a $25 fee per guest.
2. Illegal Substances: Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited on the property.
3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Evidence of either will result in a $250 cleaning fee, plus any additional costs for damages.
4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
5. Report Damages: Accidents happen! Please notify us immediately if anything is broken or damaged during your stay so we can address it promptly.
6. Furniture: Please leave all furniture in its original location and avoid rearranging the furnishings.
7. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras and noise-monitoring devices are in place to help ensure guest safety and compliance with house rules.
8. Reservation Holder: The person who made the reservation must be staying at the property during the reserved dates. If your plans change, please contact us in advance to discuss updating the reservation.
9. Utility Interruptions: While we strive to provide a seamless stay, the host is not responsible for interruptions to third-party services, including electricity, water, internet, or cellular service, that are outside our control.
10. Extended Stays (Over 30 Days): Reservations exceeding 30 days will require additional cleaning services, including a deep cleaning, periodic light cleaning, and property inspections. Additional fees will apply and will be communicated in advance.
